Farm-to-Table Dining
in Tuscany
Tavola is currently welcoming guests of Locanda Le Piazze exclusively, allowing us to offer a more intimate and personalized dining experience.
At Tavola di Guido, dining is more than just a meal; it is a journey through the heart of Tuscany. Nestled in the rolling hills of Castellina in Chianti, our farm-to-table Tuscan restaurant celebrates honest, authentic food, slowly and lovingly prepared just as grandmothers used to cook, always rooted in tradition.
Inspired by the sustainable philosophy of founder Natacha Fazal-Karim, every dish honors the integrity of Tuscan cooking, blending seasonal local produce and Tuscan heritage with subtle global influences.
Housed in Locanda Le Piazze, a beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse, Tavola di Guido combines historic charm with modern elegance. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Chianti hills, unwind by the scenic swimming pool, and savor authentic Tuscan cuisine that is both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition. Every dish reflects our commitment to sustainability, simplicity, and timeless flavors.
Cuisine
Our menu celebrates the richness of Tuscan cuisine through a farm-to-table philosophy. We craft seasonal menus that honor Tuscan tradition while drawing subtle inspiration from global flavors. Ingredients come directly from our One Belvedere Tuscany Farm, just 3 km away, where we grow fruits, vegetables, herbs, eggs, honey, and olive oil using regenerative agriculture.
Many of our staples are made in-house, including bacon, vinegar, mustard, jams, kombucha, soy sauce, muesli, and fresh breads, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to sustainable, zero-waste dining, local produce, and culinary innovation.
Shop at Belvedere1 Winery
In our kitchen and at the table, we use only our own organic extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Frantoio, Pendolino, and Moraiolo cultivars.
Alya, our Chianti Classico DOP, comes from century-old olive trees in Castellina in Chianti. Amaya, our youngest expression, is fresh, vibrant, and fruity, made from the first harvests of new trees.
Every product reflects our commitment to authentic, farm-to-table Tuscan cuisine, sustainability, and the natural bounty of Chianti.

From our farm to your fork
Our culinary philosophy is deeply connected to the land. Sourcing primarily from One Belvedere Tuscany Farm, we grow the Tuscan ingredients that shape our menus using regenerative and organic practices that respect the rhythm of nature.
We craft many of our ingredients in-house, from sun-dried tomatoes and mustards to handmade pasta and infused oils.
For us, sustainability is not just a choice, it is the essence of everything we do. Rooted in regenerative agriculture, holistic methods, and measurable accountability, our commitment to the land, the environment, and future generations is unwavering.
